Your application is yours
- Use the coach to find your stories, plan, and check your own drafts. You write your final answers.
- Plan points from the coach are for planning only. Do not paste them into any application.
- Follow each school’s rules. Waterloo says you must complete the AIF on your own, and that AI answers that are untrue, incorrect or plagiarized can cost you your offer.
- Some programs ban AI help completely, for example McMaster’s supplementary applications. Do not use the coach for those.
- Our AI provider’s usage policy, which applies to you here, bans using AI to plagiarize or to submit AI-assisted work without permission.
No guarantees
- The coach is an AI and can be wrong. Check every fact.
- It does not predict admission, and using it does not make an offer more likely.
- AIF Helper is not connected to the University of Waterloo or any other school.
The coach is not a counsellor or an admissions officer. In an emergency, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8 at any time. You can also reach Kids Help Phone at any time: call 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868.
Fair use
- The coach is for people 14 or older and needs sign-in with Google. Free coaching has a daily limit per account and per internet connection. It may pause from time to time. We may also switch it off at any time, for example to fix a problem. The free tools keep working.
- Do not try to get around the limits (for example with several accounts), overload the site, or use the coach for anything other than applications.
- Use the coach only while you are in a country or region our AI provider supports. Canada is one of them.
- Do not put other people’s private details into the coach. Do not use the coach to copy or hand in writing that is not your own.
The 30-day pass
- A pass is a one-time payment for the coach for 30 days after you buy it. It does not renew.
- Fair use applies: there is a daily limit.
- If you are under 18, ask a parent before you buy one.
- If the pass does not work for you, ask privacy@enhebai.com for a refund within 7 days of buying it, and we will refund it in full.
- If we switch the coach off for good while your pass still has days left, we refund it.
